Café formats

Pick your footprint.

Two ways to open a Jaelamong café — a full stand-alone destination, or a compact inline counter. We help you choose the right fit for your site.

Stand-Alone Café
Stand-Alone

Stand-Alone Café

A full A-frame destination café — woven bamboo, Lao patterns, and seating. Our gas-station flagships are built this way.

  • Best for roadside, fuel stations & standalone plots
  • Full menu: coffee, drinks & food
  • Largest footprint · highest visibility
Inline & Transit Counter
Inline / Counter

Inline & Transit Counter

A compact Jaelamong counter inside malls, offices, transit hubs, and border checkpoints — lower footprint, faster to open.

  • Best for malls, offices, airports & dry ports
  • Core coffee & grab-and-go menu
  • Smaller footprint · quicker setup

Questions

Good to know.

Which partnership is right for me?

If you want to run a coffee shop, start with Café Franchise. If you already operate a business and want to serve or resell our coffee, look at Wholesale, Office/HORECA, or Private Label. Tell us your goal in the form and we'll guide you.

How much does it cost?

Investment depends entirely on the path and, for cafés, the format and site. We share a transparent breakdown during our first conversation — send an enquiry and we'll prepare figures for your case.

Do you provide training and support?

Yes. Café partners receive barista and operations training plus opening support, and all partners get supply scheduling and brand/menu guidance.

Where can I open or operate?

We're growing across Laos and welcome export and private-label partners beyond it. Share your preferred province or market in the form.

What coffee can I sell?

Our full range: single-origin Arabica (whole bean, ground, drip, pouch), plus green beans for roasters and Robusta for espresso blends.
